It has been a long time. Since my last post we have bought a house and had mine and his children down to visit. I have found a new stable to keep my horse closer by new house. I really like it. I now have a trailer for my horse so the girlfriend and i can go ride. We have only had a chance to do this once but it was a great time.

Me and my Horse

Well I have my horse and he is a beauty. We just bought a trailer and I am going to go riding with one of my girlfriends next weekend. I am really hoping that it is better then today. I have not spent much time with him and so now when I go out he runs away, UGH. It is hard to get much time with him, I get home around 7 and there is no electric at the barn. It was supposed to be in a while ago but not. That is another story all together. I am going to go up in the dark with a few flash lights this week and hope i ca nspend some time with him and brush him and what not. When I have ridden him he has been great. Nothing seems to spook him not even those stupid barking dogs that circle him as I ride him. Tring to load a pic of him.

It just keeps getting Better!

I am a true lover of horses and My man bought me one!!!! I had a horse before I moved but didn't bring her with me. I have really missed riding. I tried going on a guided trail ride but, it was not the same.
My new babies name is Cody. He is 12 years old. The previous owner trained him himself. He has the best ground manners. I have gone to ride him 2 times and then he became mine. This weekend he is being delivered to the stable around the corner from my house. He is just beautiful. He likes to get up and go but will just walk around if told. As soon as we buy our house my man wants to get one for himself.
I find that just spending time with a horse relaxing. Life just keeps getting better.

I Got The Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well like I said I was laid off August 30. Well this morning I received the call that I was being offered a job that I had gone on three interviews for! It is at an Allstate agency, being the office mgr. This is a great improvement from the job I even had. I am so excited. It is closer to where we want to move. Things are are looking great. I returned to church and I have excepted God back in my life and have truely believed he would do what is right.
I feel that my life is making all the right turns.

This is my daughter. She is 9 and right in the middle of the boys. She is so much like I was growing up. The dog is my Buddy, he loves my kids and they love him. She is so grown up it is so hard t obelieve that it has been 9 years since I had the screaming baby.
This is my Oldest sister and her daughter. Her daughter is also sixteen. Lucky us we have three sixteen year olds that all go to the same small school. Their is go and bad in that. The school is small graduating classes around 50.

My Dad, so happy that we are close again! I was always a Daddy's girl.
My Mom, She is looking so good and are relationship has come so far.
This is my youngest he just steals your heart, and my sister that is just older then me. We have come so close. We are the two youngest and both divorced. Everyone jokes that I seem to be the big sister to her.
This is my Dad and my oldest. He is almost sixteen. He hates his pic taken the only way I could get it was with Grandpa. My oldest truly loves my parents. He and I did a lot of growing up together

New York Visit

Well I was laid off at the end of August and decided that I was going home to see my family. I wanted to see my son play a football game but, of course that was cancelled. Yes, I have three beautiful children. They live in New York with their Dad. But at least they are near my parents. They see them a lot. They are still friends with the ex. It is hard to be so far away but, my oldest didn't want to move and we all thought it best they stay together.
Ok so on with the visit. I grew up in the western part of NY. So no big City story here. My older sister lives back with Mom and Dad so we had a lot of sister time and it was great. My parents are both not in good health and we did a lot of mending while I was there. They did not approve of me moving away or that I was now in an interracial relationship. They are still a little old fashion. I like to think of it that way because they never minded us haveing friends of any race, color, anything. My Mom finally gave in and talked ot my fiance on the phone for a while and said he sounded real nice. She even wants to meat him! My two sisters from NY have met Jay and we hung out. But this trip was just me and my puppy. Time to be with my family no time restraints.
Well like I said we did a lot of healing. It was the week before my B-day so we celebrated while I was there. It was just cake and ice cream and the family hangin and talkin of when we were young. It was great. My parents even took pictures with us. They always hated their pic. taken. We didn't do a whole lot of running just hangin out. Like I said that is what I like ot do.
I will post some pics as soon as I find my camera. It made it home with me but who knows where I put it.

New to blogging

Well this is the first time I ever did this. I decided after reading mami Dearest and visiting with my family, back in New York. This is a great way to put your thoughts out there. I found that reading about other peoples lives really can help you out and it is a great place that your family can see what you are really feeling and thinking.
Threw my blog I hope you can get to know the real me. I am still that tomgirl at heart, but I can dress up and be that lady every mother wants her little girl to go up to be. I grew up on a little hobby farm full of pets and still have the love for animals.
